Food for thought...the mathematical equation describing a spiral is a good example of limits of infinity. The equation would suggest, but never reach a circle with an infinite diameter at one end and an infinitesimally small circle approaching a point without becoming a point.

And must be 2 dimensional.

I'd like an academic source to explain it to me

You could go beyond the limits of search engines, which are not omniscient, and read details of higher mathematics. I referenced two men considered as giants of theoretical physics earlier. Or you can support each other's ignorance. Laterz

A mathematical point is not a thing, it's a concept. Like zero. And all your irrelevant rambling about the contingent nature of infinity doesn't change that...

Interesting. Your obsession with a misunderstanding of how search engines work is oddly familiar

🥱 I didn't create these concepts and theories, I merely took the time to try and comprehend them. Einstein's theory of relativity and its implications fascinate me. To comprehend it is like going down a rabbit hole. There's the work Einstein stood upon, his work, and works of those after him. In total, many concepts come into play. The notion of a point as a circle without radius comes from describing a singularity.
