Djack7-12 - 1 hour ago I'm not that familiar with the 7th circuit court. But, ok then; got to do with USC 848, continuing criminal enterprise. What about it? |

Djack7-12 - 1 hour ago The ruling was upheld. Nothing was overturned. Kinda boring this case. I give up. What's so special about it? |

Djack7-12 - 1 hour ago I mean the jury instruction part mimicks the jury instruction in the Trump's baby felonies case. But the ruling was upheld. And it's 7th circuit stuff. Doesn't apply in the 2nd circuit court, and even if it did, it doesn't help Trump. I can't see his lawyers tryna take this path to appeal. |

Djack7-12 - 1 hour ago I can't find anything interesting with it. It's about as exciting as a wet paper towel. |

Daretobdiferent - 50 minutes ago The acceptance of new categories of judicially cognizable injury has not eliminated the basic principle that, to invoke judicial power, the claimant must have a personal stake in the outcome. In short something more than generalized grievances. |

Djack7-12 - 29 minutes ago Todd Blanche wrote Trump's first court filing since the conviction. It's a demand that the gag order be lifted, since the trial is over. Waiting on the prosecution to respond... |

Djack7-12 - 24 minutes ago The last paragraph of Blanche's court filing was dictated by Trump. It babbled on nonsensically about 1st amendment rights being vyolated. |
