Look at Pelosi she has made 100s of millions passing bills that she knows will make a stock go up and sending her husband down there to buy as much as he can before she passes the new bill in Congress. Politics is so threaded with so many facets. This is what Trump does. He gives you one string of a brush and turns it in his favour.
