Politicians have jokingly become solely words, without requiring the action. The days of that candidate saying they are going to do that more than the other candidate, without having to prove follow up need to be ended. |

| Huevographical - 2024-08-10 No to Crusty because he lacks statesmanship, which is one of my criticisms of Trump, StiffSplinter. The Trump experiment proved someone with little political acumen, like Trump, is incapable of effective leadership atthepresidential level. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth to say experienced politicians are needed at the highest levels of leadership. Trumps ego precluded him knowing when to bite his tongue. He was amusing, but his own mouth was his worst enemy. |

| Huevographical - 2024-08-10 During the 2020 Demoratic Primaries, Harris accused Biden of being racist, lol. Her accepting the VP position for Biden put her moral integrity into question for me. Reportedly, she is an ineffective communicator sans teleprompter. For the future, I can only hope to get through the next four years and hope for inspired leadership to contend for the presidency in 2028. For now, I have faith in our constitutional framework to see us through these turbulent times. |

| Huevographical - 2024-08-10 I never claimed neutrality, Olde Beane, I simply find the choices for president unacceptable. Whether you like it or not, as a citizen of the USA, I have the right to express my opinion and dissatisfaction with our government without fear of persecution from the government. I distrust the evolution of the Federal government, but,in all honesty, I have more to fear from the extremist political zealots of the left and right than the government. |

I have little faith in the current crop of leaders offered to our citizens. I do have have in our constitution seeing America through these troubled waters. Extremism is a minority which sells well for our media which has abandoned the honor of serving as the 4th estate watchdog and champion of the people. The majority of Americans are centrist despite depictions through a flatscreen  |
