I ought to tell em I'm not just doing traffic control I'. also helping the construction workers with some of their work, in doing so getting a lung full of cement dust. *See I only told the doctors that I'm a traffic controller and never thought about the cement dust (silica) I'm breathing in. Maybe I have a touch of silicosis, most likely acute silicosis rather than chronic. I see a specialist in 2 weeks, I'll tell him then. |

| Zamez - 2024-05-03 I've been exposed to asbestos dust and fibres as well as 44years of breathing plaster dust hand sanding overhead without masks mostly not to mention different types of dust from other trades but all good so far . Genetics can have much to do with how susceptible you are to it . |

| Djack7-18 - 2024-05-03 Well ya, I do have lower O2 levels, but that's normal for smokers my age. I still have exceptional lung capacity tho. Some scarring in my lower lungs, but that was from COVID. One nodule, but thats probably just from an epic bout I had with pneumonia 2 years ago. My lungs aren't really a big issue for me. My big health issues are chronic pancreatitis, and GERD; my GI tract is all kinda messed up. |
